Responsibilities
- Own Jeff's calendar end-to-end: scheduling, rescheduling, conflict resolution, and prep
- Triage and manage Jeff's Superhuman inbox while adhering to response time SLAs
- Support event logistics for conferences, offsites, investor meetings, and board meetings
- Drive execution on special projects with clear timelines and accountability
- Maintain organized documentation and SOPs in Notion
- Manage Jeff's rhythm of business: weekly recurring meetings, monthly dinners, quarterly offsites, board cadence
Requirements
- Proficiency with core tools (Google Calendar, Slack, Superhuman) and ability to learn new ones quickly - we run on Notion, Linear, and a range of AI-native workflows
