Responsibilities
- Support Disaster Recovery within Mainframe environment
- Perform Data Recovery for Tape and DASD
- Maintain DR Plan and DR Technical Scripts (TRP's)
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, DRaaS Coordinators, clients, and vendors, while regularly updating managers on Drill status.
Requirements
- This position requires an experienced systems programmer with at least 10 years of experience supporting the z/OS Mainframe Storage environment.
- Individuals applying for this role must be able to work independently, have excellent problem determination skills, written and spoken communication skills
- an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
