About the role
- We are seeking a senior Engineering Manager to provide leadership across software development teams at Univeris.
- Hybrid work model based in our downtown Toronto office (3 days per week onsite)
- Collaborative and supportive team environment, with opportunities to work closely with colleagues both in person and virtually during regular business hours
Responsibilities
- Engineering Managers at Univeris participate actively in analysis and design, code reviews, client and escalation meetings, and internal planning.
- Above all, they are accountable for the people they manage -- their growth, their performance, and their success.
Compensation
- CAD 110k-CAD 150k
