Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Have internship or co op experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Have exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Have experience with data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar).
- Have knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, or control plans.

Skills
- Supporting daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Assisting in designing tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
- Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).
- Supporting new product introductions by helping define manufacturing requirements and validating processes.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation
- The annual pay scale for this position is between $62,310.00 - $115,510.00.
