About the role

  • Candidates for this position are expected to demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality service and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • The Client Relationship Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the bank's relationship management efforts by processing a variety of client's financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining client records, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, retrieve, verify, and update client profile documents, including company information, authorized signers/users, and product-specific access rights.
  • Upload and manage digital files in the internal system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide back-up support to other staff members to maintain department productivity standards
  • Provide support related to client onboarding and maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with client documentation standards, basic financial products and regulatory requirements in banking.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • The expected base salary ranges from $64,500 - $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
