Nice to have
- At least 8 years of dynamic accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- experience in public accounting and within a large, complex, high-growth organization is preferred
- CPA or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, consolidation processes, SOX/internal controls, and financial close guidelines.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation tools
- experience with SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting is strongly preferred.
- Executive-level communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional collaborators
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering across regional teams in a global environment
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- $130,000 - $155,000
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
- If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
