Responsibilities
- Support Tier 2 operations by analyzing system architectures, dependencies, and interfaces to assist with resolution of escalated incident and recurring issues.
- Assist with documentation of current-state and proposed architectural views to support troubleshooting, impact analysis, and operational decision-making.
- Support root cause analysis effort by assessing architectural factors contributing to system performance, reliability, or integration issues.
- Collaborates with Tier 2 Support Leads, systems engineers, and technical teams to recommend architecture-aligned solutions and corrective actions.
- Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
- We have extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement.
