About the role

- ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned spending categories (e.g., direct materials, indirect materials, new technology, services).
- Issue and manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery confirmation.
- Assist in sourcing alternative suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time.
- Maintain and update ERP system information (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
- Support the Purchasing Manager in vendor audits and contract renewals.
- We help keep your fleet in top condition with our world class Support Department, who are always ready to help and be a resource by providing training on our equipment.
- As a Buyer II, you will manage complex purchasing categories and supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms, and supplier evaluation.
- You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with global purchasing processes and international supplier coordination is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
Compensation
- $65k-$73k
