Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactoril y.
  • The ideal candidate has prior snowcat grooming experience, a strong understanding of terrain park operations and feature design, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic mountain environment.
  • Ability to work outside in ANY AND ALL weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, sleet, high winds, and cold temperatures.

Nice to have

  • Operates P B400 and PB600 snowcats in a safe and efficient manner
  • Completes required hand/rake work around terrain park features when needed
  • Assist s the rest of the grooming crew when possible
  • Valid drivers license
  • M inimum 2 years snow grooming experience
  • Knowledge of terrain park terminology and practice s
  • Ability to ski/ ride terrain park features preferred
  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 60 pounds on an occasional basis, and a minimum of 20 pounds on a frequent basis.

  • Manual dexterity to operate hand tool s such as rakes, shovels, and basic carpentry tools.

Compensation

  • $27k-$30k
