About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop user screeners to recruit appropriate research participants
  • Write research reports that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and business stakeholders to support research-informed decision making
  • Maintain accurate documentation of research activities and deliverables
  • The UX Design Researcher I supports the needs of Consumer banking, Commercial banking, Invest and Securities by delivering research and insights that drive engagement and improve the customer experience in innovative ways.
  • This role conducts foundational research activities, synthesizes findings into clear reports, and works closely with stakeholders to ensure customer insights inform business and design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in UX/UI research
  • Experience writing screeners and research reports
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units

Compensation

  • $70,304.00 /Yr. - $70,304.00 /Yr.
