About the role

Within the region, this position has primary responsibility for all field operations including safety, quality, production, personnel, and equipment; with these duties carried out through effective management of our project Superintendents.
Essential Functions: Meet with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and others as necessary to assist in the scheduling and planning of projects.
Meet with Superintendents and others in coordinated pre-planning meetings for overall project construction and specific critical areas such as mass concrete and process equipment installation.

To build up our communities, our clients, and each other by building trust in everything we do.
The Regional Superintendent promotes the company mission statement by acting as the next level support channel for Project Superintendents assigned to the Region.

Experience with Harper GC may be a plus.
Office experience with Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) and Procore preferred.
