Support cross-functional partners by preparing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow-ups
Maintain accurate case records in HR Acuity, ensure documentation meets compliance standards, and produce routine reports
5+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employee relations or HR business partner roles in dynamic, high-growth environments
Ability to collaborate across levels and departments to support ER strategies and outcomes

Knowledge of core HR practices and employment laws at both the state and federal level
Familiarity with ER areas, such as performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
you are able to navigate complex conversations and provide objective input
Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience with HR tools, including case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity)
Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Collaborate with Learning & Development and Legal to support ER-related training initiatives.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
