About the role

The BT department / team will work across all business units of the Bank to address Information Technology projects and provide support for assigned Information Technology systems implemented at the Bank.
The Lead Business Systems Analyst drives the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives by translating business objectives into scalable, well-architected solutions. This role leads end-to-end analysis, supports solution design and integration, and ensures alignment with enterprise standards. Acting as a key liaison across business,

Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle (elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability).
Translate business needs into functional designs, process flows, and system/integration specifications.
Partner with architecture and engineering teams to shape scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Identify and drive process optimization, automation, and modernization opportunities.
Support project delivery across SDLC phases, including risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
Define and support system integrations, data mapping, and validation processes.

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
