About the role
- The BT department / team will work across all business units of the Bank to address Information Technology projects and provide support for assigned Information Technology systems implemented at the Bank.
- The Lead Business Systems Analyst drives the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives by translating business objectives into scalable, well-architected solutions. This role leads end-to-end analysis, supports solution design and integration, and ensures alignment with enterprise standards. Acting as a key liaison across business,
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle (elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability).
- Translate business needs into functional designs, process flows, and system/integration specifications.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to shape scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Identify and drive process optimization, automation, and modernization opportunities.
- Support project delivery across SDLC phases, including risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
- Define and support system integrations, data mapping, and validation processes.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
