About the role
- As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will work as a member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care.
- The Health Care Aide, under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, applies their knowledge and skills in order to provide a wide variety of safe and thorough basic care and services to residents.

Requirements
- Must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- Post-secondary education an asset.
- Completion of a recognized Personal Care Aide (PCA/HCA 2002 or greater) Certificate Course or Equivalent Education Certificate.
- Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA).
Nice to have
- One year of experience in continuing care or related environment is preferred.
