About the role

The Pipe Field Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of utility operations, including water, sewer, and drainage, on construction sites.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of their work, make informed decisions, and coordinate with and direct the activities of all job site crews, subcontractors, and material and equipment providers.

Manages deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, profit, scheduling compliance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinates and collaborates with other Field Managers, Superintendents, and the customer to implement successful project plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, particularly in underground utilities, and will be skilled at managing complex site and civil projects from start to finish.

Demonstrates technical proficiency in multiple aspects of pipe installation.
OSHA 10 hour required.
Valid driver's license required.

Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline (i.e., excavation, pipe, concrete, or paving) with one or more years construction supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required (continuing education in construction highly desirable).
