Responsibilities

  • Commercialize, identify and design new production technologies
  • Co-own the maintenance of design recipes
  • Track, identify and implement solutions for process efficiency
  • Implement ergonomic and safety improvements throughout various teams
  • Collaborate with and mentor Process Control Technicians and Process Control Engineers, with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks in the process and develop solutions to improve its performance
  • Perform downtime analysis and work with necessary departments to develop and implement solutions to minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain a priority for safety and engage in initiatives within area of ownership
  • Partner with Project Engineering in designing, commissioning, and optimizing new equipment
  • This position will implement mechanical and procedural initiatives to maintain the Cambria manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, and write English to effectively communicate with team
  • Process Engineers will be required to work with a variety of skill sets and should be able to adapt to different working environments.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years manufacturing experience
  • Understand and utilize statistics and control charts
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Managerial Responsibilities: N/A

Compensation

  • C ambria's starting salary range for this position is $61,000-$78,000.
