Responsibilities
- Commercialize, identify and design new production technologies
- Co-own the maintenance of design recipes
- Track, identify and implement solutions for process efficiency
- Implement ergonomic and safety improvements throughout various teams
- Collaborate with and mentor Process Control Technicians and Process Control Engineers, with continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks in the process and develop solutions to improve its performance
- Perform downtime analysis and work with necessary departments to develop and implement solutions to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain a priority for safety and engage in initiatives within area of ownership
- Partner with Project Engineering in designing, commissioning, and optimizing new equipment
- This position will implement mechanical and procedural initiatives to maintain the Cambria manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Ability to read, and write English to effectively communicate with team
- Process Engineers will be required to work with a variety of skill sets and should be able to adapt to different working environments.
Nice to have
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Understand and utilize statistics and control charts
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Mechanically inclined

Compensation
- C ambria's starting salary range for this position is $61,000-$78,000.
