About the role
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Manager of Quality Assurance is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and continuous evolution of the WaterFurnace Quality System.
- The ideal leader for this role seamlessly bridges the gap between technical compliance and business performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Execute Kaizen strategies to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and reduce cycle times.
Responsibilities
- ISO Compliance & Audits: Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
- Support all internal and third-party ISO audits.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, develop, and manage a team of QA specialists.
- Metrics & Risk Management: Own operational KPIs and data reporting.
- Manage risk assessments and the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
- Collaboration: work with business leaders, to identify quality system changes that would drive improvement within the organization
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
