About the role
- J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- Manage employment-related disputes through resolution, including pre-dispute response, alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and coordination with outside counsel and insurers.
- Work with the People team to maintain scalable policies, handbooks, templates, and training programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in employment law and managing investigations and disputes, including at a law firm and in-house
Nice to have
- Experience advising a physician practice, hospital, or other care care provider is strongly preferred
Compensation
- The target base salary for this position ranges from $195,900 to $240,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
