About the role

- Monitor account transactions and overdrafts in accordance with fiduciary policy guidelines and resolve outstanding issues.
- Identify and promote internal process improvements. • Respond to all Account Review Exceptions reports on a timely basis.
Responsibilities
- Act as lead partner to respond to daily client requests for information, including status of money movement, account changes and other requested information.
- Take the lead on requests to NCSS and other support areas, including account set-ups, fees, distributions, and ongoing account activity.
