About the role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will connect the dots between engineering, manufacturing, construction, and operations to keep our highest-priority timelines on track.
By applying first-principles thinking, you will help us treat Form Factory as a fully integrated product, ultimately enabling the most advanced high-volume battery manufacturing facility in the world.

Be the bridge between factory engineering / production and the facility design team.
Manage the change request process from the inputs phase through design acceptance.
Create and manage the design schedule for each project.
Organize design review meetings: set the agenda, take notes, assign action items, and verify completion of the tasks.
Manage the contract for design consultants: write RFPs for design service, hold touch base meetings, approve invoices, track performance, ect.
File design related drawings, specs, reports, and similar information in Procore.
Collaborate with procurement and the project manager for execution to determine the most
Expertise in factory design, manufacturing, material flow and construction.

5+ years of engineering experience on manufacturing and industrial projects from concept to delivery.
Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan.
Experience managing conflicting objectives and compressed timelines within complex industrial project execution.
Hold all team members accountable for completing their required tasks.
