  • Schedule: Full-Time/NOC Shift (10:30pm-6:30am) Salary: $50.00-$55.00 Hourly ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Every effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position.
  • Certificates and Licenses: • Must possess an active license to practice as a Registered Nurse license valid in this state.

Responsibilities

  • Makes rounds to ensure that nursing personnel perform their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
  • Supports the Quality Assessment & Assurance Committee in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.
  • Evaluates and implements recommendations from established committees as they may pertain to nursing services.

  • Provides written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director of Nursing Services and Administrator, as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the nursing services department.

  • Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have, as a minimum, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
  • Certificates and Licenses:
  • Must possess an active license to practice as a Registered Nurse license valid in this state.
  • Other Specific Requirements
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

Compensation

  • $50.00-$55.00 Hourly
