  • The Office Manager is a key role, and a main point of contact for administrative support/functions at RBC Global Asset Management's (GAM's) Toronto Offices (currently 155 Wellington).
  • You will manage 3 direct administrative reports and 1 contract staff.
  • You will provide facilities and some compliance support for Operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of office management experience with emphasis managing and working in a financial office environment.
  • Post Secondary or Undergraduate business degree.
  • Experience managing direct reports A self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to interact with all levels of staff, and must be able to maintain relationships that will relate to the overall success of the established firm goals.
  • Must Have 3-5 years of office management experience with emphasis managing and working in a financial office environment.

Compensation

  • The expected pay range for this position is: $67,000.00 - $110,000.00 The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting.
