About the role

The Risk function at OKX is responsible for the overall risk and fraud prevention culture at the company.
We're a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company's regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.
Our team consists of seasoned risk professionals who are based across our global offices.

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product research, design, delivery and launch
Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment
Various team building programs and company events

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other quantitative discipline.
Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.
5+ years of product management experience in the risk management area, familiar with risk decision engines, modeling services, risk analytics tooling etc
solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details.
Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs
Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring

Degrees of Masters, MBA, PHD are welcomed
Risk strategy or compliance related experience
Crypto/Blockchain experience or a passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and blockchain technology
