About the role

As a Medical Admissions/EMR Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations.

Associate's degree in related field
Experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities
Ability to work hours necessary for study participant screening and selections, including Saturdays
General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications
Spanish-English bilingual language ability is required (tested).

We require a minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
As this position also is involved in translating and communicating with study participants, spoken and written Spanish-English bilingual ability is required (and tested).
This position requires early morning hours from 6am-4pm, on a regular basis.
You will work 40 hours a week, mainly Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
