About the role
- The Senior Project Manager position offers the opportunity to lead diverse civil engineering projects from initial concept through completion.
- This role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of projects, including site evaluation, design, permitting, construction administration, and final certification, while maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- This position is responsible for overseeing initiatives in land development, stormwater systems, and utility design.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project execution, including feasibility studies, design, permitting, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the design of site layouts, stormwater systems, water/wastewater utilities, grading, and drainage plans.
- Expertise in stormwater management, drainage systems, utility design, and permitting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with a strong focus on land development and site design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS software, and stormwater modeling tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Florida's regulatory and permitting requirements.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and client relationships effectively.
Nice to have
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida (preferred).
