About the role
- Tickets.com is looking for a Test Engineer who is responsible for leading the test effort for one of the Product Development teams within our Venue Engineering group.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrating product/platform expertise to uncover design and implementation risks early in the planning and design phases
Requirements
- Experience with software coding, specifically as it relates to building test automation (e.g. JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Experience with source code management (Git, etc.)
- Experience with test tracking tools (X-Ray, etc.)
- Experience with AI-assisted testing capabilities such as self-healing automation, synthetic data generation, or test code generation
- Experience with SRE and SRE concepts such as error budgets, SLI/SLO, etc
- Experience with continuous integration (GitHub Actions, etc.)
Skills
- Using cutting-edge technology, our platform and applications are consumed by fans, stadiums, and MLB teams.
Compensation
- $105,000 - $130,000 (Base Salary) + Bonus
- As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
