About the role
- The engineering team combines the discipline of high-performance finance with the creative agility of a crypto-native startup.
- As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, the successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the entire stack-from user interfaces to robust backend infrastructure.
- Quality & Standards: Uphold high standards for clean code, automated testing, and comprehensive API documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of features across the full stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, and REST APIs).
- Work closely with product, design, operations, and finance teams to gather requirements, prototype rapidly, and ship production-ready code.
- Maintain and scale reliable backend systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a feature, from the initial prototype through launch, monitoring, and future iterations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
- Proven track record of shipping production systems with high uptime and low maintenance burdens.
- A strong "MVP mindset"-the ability to scope milestones, learn from deployments, and iterate quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures.
- Technical expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Hands-on experience in the blockchain/crypto space (e.g., on-chain libraries, blockchain infrastructure, or node software like Geth or Solana validators).
- Engagement with a high-performance, ego-free team of mission-driven builders.
- A culture that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision-making.
