About the role

As a Surgical Healing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4 years of medical sales or clinical experience
High School Diploma/GED from AND 8 years of medical sales or clinical experience

Experience selling and consulting in an operating room environment
Proven track record of sales quota & target attainment
Proven experience in territory management & business planning
Demonstrated e xpertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. surgeons)
Strong understanding of clinical and economic value drivers across care area s
Customer focused selling and closing
Experience navigating complex selling cycles
Completion of a formal sales training program
