Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, perform queries, and investigate production data issues.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to production and management teams.
- Build and support Power Apps solutions to digitize and automate plant floor workflows.
- Troubleshoot and support MES-SAP integrations (e.g., production order downloads, confirmations, inventory transactions).
- Collaborate with IT, production, engineering, and quality teams to deliver reliable system performance and continuous improvement.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and create support guides for recurring issues.
- Write, execute, and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting data issues, extracting reports, and supporting production analysis.
- Support MES system changes and upgrades, including testing, validation, and deployment of new features or configurations with minimal disruption to operations.
- Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions for PRODAP related issues
- Train plant floor operators, supervisors, and support staff on MES functionalities, reporting tools, and new system features
Requirements
- Several years of operating experience in Production environments
