About the role

Architect & Scale: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable frontend applications using React Native for iOS, Android, and Web.
DX Tooling: Improve and maintain developer experience tooling to ensure our engineering teams can ship high-quality code at speed.
Ship End-to-End: Write clean, modular, and highly testable code. You own your features from initial architectural design through deployment to the App Store and Google Play.
Technical Leadership: Set the standard for mobile engineering excellence. You will lead technical design reviews, champion automated testing (unit, integration, and e2e), and mentor junior/intermediate developers.
Minimize Friction: Help optimize processes. Stay close enough to the codebase to maintain absolute technical credibility while operating at a strategic level.
Architecture Mindset: You understand state management at scale, mobile security best practices (storage, biometrics, cryptography), and how to build resilient offline-first or highly cached experiences.

The Tech Stack: You have deep, production-proven expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native.

Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin) is highly valued2.
