About the role

By acting as a trusted advisor, you will help foster a high-performance culture, driving engagement, retention, and compliance across corporate functions.

Partner with corporate and warehouse leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational design.
Lead performance management, compensation, and succession planning initiatives.
Manage employee relations, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

8+ years of experience in HRBP or similar roles and companies.
Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with company goals.
Experience managing HR processes in 24/7 warehouse or distribution operations.
Familiarity with labor law, OSHA, and wage/hour compliance in shift-based workforces.
Proven ability to influence and coach frontline managers.
Bending, twisting, or kneeling may be required throughout the day for lifting or maneuvering objects
