Requirements

  • Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end: from framing the question and forming a hypothesis, to analyzing the data, to communicating and debating the answer with other stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools for data analysis
  • 7 years of experience (YOE) in a highly analytical role.
  • Bachelor's or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field with record of strong academic performance

Nice to have

  • Experience doing analytical work with credit cards or other consumer lending products
  • Experience helping scale a business in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in SQL or Python
  • Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, etc.)

Compensation

  • Target starting base salary range for Principal Analyst: $118,000 - $135,000
  • Target starting base salary range for Business Analyst Manager (IC): $142,000 - $157,000
  • Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are available for this role.
  • Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
