Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with students
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where students feel they belong
  • Partner with student leaders to grow participation in Shabbat, holidays, and key programs
  • Support student clubs in creating impactful, mission-driven programming
  • Build genuine relationships with students-this is the heart of the role
  • Design and run engaging programs that connect students to Jewish life
  • Through fellowships, leadership opportunities, and vibrant programming, we create meaningful pathways into Jewish life.
  • At our core, we are about connection, belonging, and empowering students to shape their own journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-3 years of experience or early-career professionals excited to grow

Compensation

  • Salary: $52,000-$57,000, based on experience
