Responsibilities
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with students
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where students feel they belong
- Partner with student leaders to grow participation in Shabbat, holidays, and key programs
- Support student clubs in creating impactful, mission-driven programming
- Build genuine relationships with students-this is the heart of the role
- Design and run engaging programs that connect students to Jewish life
- Through fellowships, leadership opportunities, and vibrant programming, we create meaningful pathways into Jewish life.
- At our core, we are about connection, belonging, and empowering students to shape their own journeys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-3 years of experience or early-career professionals excited to grow
Compensation
- Salary: $52,000-$57,000, based on experience
