About the role
- The company's state-of-the-art Satellite fleet consists of 12 GEO satellites, the Canadian payload on ViaSat-1 and one LEO 3 demonstration satellite.
Responsibilities
- Designs, implements, and maintains training programs that support technical operations, safe operations, compliance, and new system onboarding.
- Maintains training records, certification status, and competency matrices to ensure staff readiness for mission‑critical operations.
- Ensures training and documentation meet Telesat's quality standards and support compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
- 3+ years in training coordination, documentation management, or technical operations support
- Manages development of training materials; working with SMEs.
Requirements
- Experience with document control systems, LMS platforms, Jama, Sharepoint and collaboration tools, is an asset;
