About the role

  • We organise over 450 large-scale branded and transaction-led events in over a dozen specialist markets.
  • These are typically not-to-be-missed live and on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to do business.
  • This role is based in our Fort Lauderdale office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and fuel receipts.
  • Deliver and pick up exhibitor freight and materials at event sites in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with exhibitors, vendors, and event staff.
  • When it's time for the next step, we encourage and support internal job moves

Requirements

  • Full-Time Attendance: Required during events and at the warehouse/depot during non-event periods.

Compensation
