About the role

  • Food Production - General Labor PR01 - Processing Packer - Full-Time
  • During packaging, packers visually inspect product for defects and remove defective products from the line.
  • Finished packaged product is palletized per specification.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote team member interest in safety.
  • Help supervisors and leads with safety awareness, including informing supervisors of unsafe practices observed.

Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be willing and able to pack off finished cases on to pallets in proper tie and high configuration.
  • At end of shift, must be willing and able to perform machine wipe down and cover motors with protective plastic.
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Manual dexterity required for performing job.
