About the role

  • The Regional Director, Canada is responsible for leading and growing FS-ISAC's presence, membership engagement, and strategic relationships across the Canadian financial services sector.
  • This role serves as the primary regional leader for Canada and is responsible for driving membership growth, retention, member value, stakeholder engagement, and market strategy execution aligned with FS-ISAC's global mission and regional priorities.
  • This position requires a strategic, relationship-oriented leader with strong knowledge of the Canadian financial services and cybersecurity landscape, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed global organization.

  • Membership Growth and Retention • Drive membership acquisition, retention, and engagement across Canadian financial institutions and related sectors.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Regional Leadership and Market Strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand market presence, strengthen member engagement, and enhance strategic partnerships across the region.
  • Represent FS-ISAC at industry conferences, member meetings, executive forums, and sector events.
