Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers supporting Manufacturing, SLED, and Canada, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to develop and execute industry-specific and regional go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline growth, improve win rates, and support new business, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities across key vertical markets.
Drive operational excellence through resource planning, performance analysis, and the development of scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that improve team effectiveness and business outcomes across diverse markets.
Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams.
Experience building scalable programs, processes, and go-to-market motions in a high-growth environment.

3+ years of experience leading Solutions Engineering teams, preferably within ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Enterprise Service Management, or related technologies.
Strong understanding of value-based selling, business discovery, and executive storytelling.

Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

The annual salary range for this position is $159,205 - $196,665 USD + Commissions
