Responsibilities

  • The Operations Director will play a central role in strengthening organizational effectiveness, supporting growth initiatives, improving member value, and building the systems and processes necessary for long-term success.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate organizational resources and operational support functions

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience and qualifications Potential performance bonus tied to organizational goals and key performance indicators.
  • Lead implementation of the organization's strategic priorities and annual goals
