Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end system product development across product development stacks for AI infra products.
- Partner with Test Engineering to deliver scalable and robust production test solutions
- Lead system-level failure analysis across NPI and qualification phases
- Drive data-informed decisions, including practical use of ML-based classification where appropriate
- Contribute to and own test firmware development aligned with system-level test and product requirements
- Act as product development lead working with Design, System, FW, TE, HW, SW, Quality, and Operations teams
- Deliver clear executive-level updates grounded in data and system insights
Skills
- Strong understanding of system architecture across compute, memory, storage, and interconnects
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++
- Experience with data analysis, failure analysis and yield optimization
- Strong product ownership and system thinking across multiple domains
- Data-driven decision maker
- Hands-on coder or effective AI workflow orchestrator - non-negotiable
- Ability to define methodology, not just follow existing playbooks

Compensation
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
- We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.
- This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.
- Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
- Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.

- Translate product requirements into workload-driven validation strategies, linking real workload behavior to system-level coverage and product quality
- Define test strategies using workload-informed coverage and data-driven screening
- Use AI-assisted analysis to identify coverage gaps and optimize test efficiency
- Correlate system-level workload behavior to component-level stress and failure mechanisms to improve coverage and yield
