About the role
- Prepare and circulate comprehensive technical quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering yield, defects, customer feedback, and supplier quality metrics.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for various technical quality reports by undergoing and providing site-specific training.
- Take comprehensive minutes during all site calls.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to set targets for all process metrics and manage general administration of the Quality Management System as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Manage customer satisfaction levels and assist with data capture for the management of the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Support the team in maintaining and controlling documents and procedures within the document management system. Take comprehensive minutes during all site calls.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/Mechanical/Computer Science/Electronics/Physics or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
