- This Assistant Professor, Physician Assistant Program (PA) is responsible for providing high-quality didactic instruction to students enrolled in the Physician Assistant program.
- The faculty member will play a crucial role in shaping the knowledge and skills of future Physician Assistants, fostering critical thinking, and ensuring compliance with college standards and ARC-PA accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and post regular office hours.
Requirements
- Perform other duties as required and as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Endicott College Faculty Association (ECFA) and Endicott College.
Skills
- Teach courses for three semesters: Fall/Winter (considered one semester), Spring, and Summer.
- Utilize various instructional technologies and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Facilitate discussions, encourage student engagement, and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and examinations, providing timely feedback on progress.
Compensation
- In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the compensation for this faculty position is established through the College's contractual salary structure.
