The Assistant Studio Manager is an outgoing, problem-solving, energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for fitness and the Studio Three brand.
Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure the proper operations of the club.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform.
Partnering with studio managers and other select team members to support lead generation & drive membership growth.
Coaching and developing all front and back of house team members.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to stand for long durations of time.
Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Nice to have

1+ years of team management experience is a plus.
