  • Job Description Summary/Objective The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts while ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate qualifications
  • Maintain and track candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles
  • Manage onboarding processes for all new hires
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Foster and maintain a safe work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • The employee may occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related area
  • Proficiency in MS Office software

Nice to have

  • Construction industry experience preferred
