About the role

  • This role will be responsible for salary, incentive, equity & perquisite plan administration, job evaluations and descriptions, market pricing, data maintenance, HR reporting and other related rewards policies and programs.
  • Working Conditions - Work is performed in an office environment Prior exposure to mergers and acquisitions Experience within Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing activities, plans and programs, and special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of compensation concepts, laws, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, human resources, finance or accounting).
  • Experience working within a global organization.

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of work experience in the compensation function required
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Excel, experience with Workday and/or PayScale a plus.

  • Noble is looking for a Compensation Analyst that will be working out of our Houston office while working a hybrid work schedule at our new state of the art offices.
