About the role
- applies deep subject-matter expertise and a strong understanding of client business challenges to assess how policy changes affect pharmaceutical manufacturers, managed care plans, providers, pharmacies, PBMs, and consumers.
- The practice delivers analytic support and advisory services, including legislative strategy, regulatory analysis, and quantitative modeling of proposed and enacted policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and tactical recommendations aligned with client policy and business objectives.
- Lead multiple complex engagements from proposal development through delivery, including shaping project scope, assembling cross-functional teams, and overseeing execution with minimal oversight.
- Create and execute business development plans and participate in firmwide strategic planning discussions.
Requirements
- Experience managing and supervising staff.
- Demonstrated situational leadership and the ability to motivate colleagues across levels.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex methodologies and findings clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
