About the role
- GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the performance, image and growth of Bank.
- Responsible for loan quality and financial performance.
- May chair committee in absence of chairman.
Responsibilities
- Supports and monitors sales processes.
- Implements bank business plan by planning developing, directing and reviewing financial policies and practices of bank to ensure regulatory compliance, financial objectives, goals and institutional growth are achieved.
- Maintains commercial loan portfolio.
- Maintains current industry knowledge by reading various publications and correspondence.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to create an efficient work environment with minimal supervision.
