About the role
- This role spans the full M&A lifecycle, from pre-close integration planning through to post-merger stabilization and value capture.
- The right person is equally comfortable in the details of an M&A integration project plan and standing in front of a senior leadership team with a recommendation.
- They can assess situations quickly, take ownership proactively, and bring both rigor and strong judgment to everything they do.
Responsibilities
- Support M&A integration programs end-to-end.
- Be a trusted partner to our clients.
- Build strong relationships with deal teams, integration management offices, functional integration teams, and executive sponsors.
- Drive change that actually lands.
- Develop and execute change management and communications strategies that address the people side of M&A - cultural integration, organizational redesign, and workforce transitions.
- Develop the consultants around you.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, giving direct, actionable feedback and investing meaningfully in their growth.
- Support business development - identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and helping bring nepf's innovative AI-enabled offerings to market.
- We move quickly, tailor everything to the client's reality, and measure ourselves by the results we deliver.

Requirements
- Our founder, Andrea Schnepf, brings 20+ years of experience, including 14 years at Accenture, where she built and led the global Digital Talent & Organization practice.
Compensation
- We've led the integration program for six multi-billion-dollar acquisitions in life sciences, helped a 50,000-person company build an enterprise change management strategy from scratch, and designed an AI-enabled operating model for a Fortune 100 biopharma R&D organization.

- Annual company retreat and regular team events Location Based primarily in California, we operate as a distributed team across the continental U.S. This role may require working West Coast or East Coast hours depending on client needs.
