About the role
- Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work.

Responsibilities
- Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.
- real colleagues, real consultation, and the support to do excellent clinical work without carrying the business of a practice on your own.
- Collaborative, weekly group case consultation plus one-on-one clinical support.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
- Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.

- An active and clear New York license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.
- A master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.

- A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on license, plus a 5% performance bonus.
