About the role
- Responsible for the coordination of new employee orientation, pre-service, and childcare training programs, including the development and maintenance of lesson plans, instructional materials, and supporting documentation.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Coordinate budgeting, purchasing, and related business activities for childcare training programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and responsible stewardship of donor funds.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in one of these disciplines is required.
- Experience with Trauma-Informed Care 5.
- Exceptional technical writing skills are required.
- Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be available for travel as needed.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
Benefits
